80-90% of the products that we sell will be with you the next working day. This applies to all orders that we process before 2pm Monday to Friday. We do not do Saturday deliveries, so an order placed on a Friday will be with you Monday at the earliest. Orders processed after 2pm may be with you the next day but can take an extra day.

If an item will take more than 2-3 days to get to you we will contact you to make sure you are happy to wait before taking payment. We will inform you first by phone and if we do not get a reply we will send you an email. If we do not get a reply within 24 hours we will proceed with your order so that we do not lose any more time in getting the parts to you as quickly as possible. If it subsequently turns out that the delay does not suit you, you can cancel the order at any time as long as it has not already been despatched.

If a part is special order or if delivery will take more than 2 weeks we will always wait for confirmation from you that you are happy to wait before proceeding with the order.
