The credentials were:

• The technical competence of our staff.
• The level of service we provide our customers purchasing Tarox products.
• Prompt payment of our bills and our clear and efficient ordering system.
• Generally, how easy we are to deal with!

Cheeky friends ask (yes you know who you are!) why we haven't been awarded it since 2007. Well Tarox stopped giving out the award that's why! I have suggested to the tarox MD that its because it would annoy their other UK dealers if we just kept on winning it - he changed the subject....
