Piper warrants that all of its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, and that when properly installed in their correct application, they will function as specified. No person, company or organisation is authorised to assume for Piper any other liability in connection with the sale of Piper products. This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. English courts shall have sole jurisdiction to decide any difference or disputes arising between the company and the buyer.

Camshafts and associated components
Due to the many variations of engine build and set-up that apply to 'performance engines' which may affect engine life, economy and performance, the Piper obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of Piper products only when the customer returns them through the selling agent and, after inspection, it is established that there is no evidence of misapplication, improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, negligence, or alteration from their original design. If camshafts are not purchased in 'kit form' where available, the warranty may be forfeited.
