Nitrac Brake Discs
Nitrac discs are cryogenically treated for greater strength. This is a carefully controlled freezing process that cools the discs down to -190deg.C. At these temperatures the microstructure of the cast-iron changes to produce a finer and more consistent grain which results in a much harder material. This is a technology proven in motorsport where discs are found to be more resistant to warping, cracking and scoring.
