AVAILABILITY

The table below shows typical delivery timescales for all the items that we sell. You will notice that over 95% of orders will reach you in 1-2 working days. If you have seen the size of our premises you will agree that is quite an achievement for such a huge range of brands and applications. So how do we do it? The vast majority of items are sent directly from our suppliers to you. That is why our prices are so good. For the few suppliers who will not send direct to our customers, we get stock in to order and send out by a courier who has proved to be extremely reliable.

All timescales are based on orders received before 2.30pm and are in working days. The letters in the centre column show whom we get our supplies from : M = Manufacturer ; I = Importer ; D = Distributor. From the descriptions below, you will see that in nearly all cases we deal with either the manufacturer or the importer, so that's as close as a retailer can get. We used to have to use middle men (ie retailers who were bigger than us) but that adds another link in the chain which can lead to inefficiences. In the few cases where we have to get our supplies from a distributor - Goodridge, Mintex and Scorpion - we use companies that we have found most reliable.

The majority of our competitors are dealing with the same suppliers in the same way as us, so if they quote a shorter delivery time, they are just being a bit more hopefull ! (That was the only nice way I could think of saying that! Colin, MD)

AVO

 M 98% next day. Anything not in stock needs to wait for the next production run which can be 1-5 weeks.
Bilstein I 98% next day. If not in stock, items are imported in 2-3 weeks. We use the only importer.
Black Diamond M 90% next day. 10% made to order and shipped in 2-3 days.

Corbeau

 M 30% next day. The remainder are made to order in 7-10 days.
EBC M 99.5% next day. In May 2003 we became one of only 40 EBC Master Stockists in the UK.
Eibach I 99% in stock. The few items that need to be ordered in from Germany take 3-4 weeks. Our supplier is the UK branch of Eibach.
FSE M 95% - 3-4 days. 5% 7-10 days. FSE will not send out directly to our customers, so we get kits in to order and ship out next day.
Goodridge D All kits with zinc plated end fittings generally 1-2 days (these are the most popular). Kits with stainless end fittings 7-10 days. We use the main Goodridge distributor in the UK who sends out direct to our customers for us.
ITG M 95% next day. 5% made to order in 3-4 days.
Janspeed M 95% in stock. 5% await next production run - usually within 3-4 weeks.
K&N M We are now one of K&N's main stockists and if an item is in stock it will be with you next day. Items not in stock will come in on our next weekly delivery which we get every Tuesday/Wednesday. Your order will then be sent out for the next working day.

Kent

M 98% of items are next working day.
Koni I 98% is next working day. Anything not in stock is imported from Holland within a week. There are two Koni importers - we use the one we found easiest to deal with and their service is excellent.
KW I

Believe it or not we get KW kits sent directly from their base in Germany to our customers in the UK on a 3-4 day delivery! In the small percentage of cases where a kit is not in stock in Germany, it takes KW 2-3 weeks to manufacture. We use the only importer.
Magnecor M Most kits are made to order by Magnecor and are sent out in 7-10 working days.
Magnex M 99% are next day. If not in stock we need to wait on the next Magnex production run which can be 4-5 weeks.
Mintex D Nearly all pads are a next day delivery. We use the biggest Mintex race pad stockist in the UK.
Momo I 90% of items are next day. If an item is not in stock it takes 2-3 weeks to get things in from Italy. We use the only importer.
Mongoose M It is very unusual for a Mongoose exhaust to not be in stock and deliveries are next day.
Pagid I Nearly all pads are a next day delivery. We deal with the only importer of Pagid race pads.

PI

 M It is very unusual for PI springs to not be in stock and deliveries are next day.
Piper Cams M 98% of cams and cam kits are in stock. The remainder made to order by Piper in 3-4 days.
Piper Exhausts M Believe it or not, Piper make most exhausts to order and it only takes 2-3 days.
Pipercross M Virtually all Pipercross filters are made to order. Panel filters take 3-4 days ; induction kits 5-7 days ; and Viper kits 7-10 days.
Powerflex M 50% of items are next day. The remainder take 3-4 days. Powerflex have most bushes in stock, but make the internal metal sleeve to order.
Quikshift M 50% in stock. The remainder made to order in 4-5 days.
Recaro I Most Start Child seats in stock and out next day. Any child seat or adult seat not in stock takes about 2-3 weeks to come across from Germany. Recaro UK now sell direct to the public but since they are our supplier, our stock and delivery times are just the same, but our prices are 10% cheaper, of course!

Red Dot

M Virtually all items take 2-3 days. Red Dot keep all blanks in stock and groove the discs to order.
Remus I 90% in stock. The remainder takes about 3 weeks to import from Austria.
Scorpion D Very rarely is a Scorpion not in stock, so nearly everything is next day. There are two distributors in the UK - we use the biggest.
Sebring I 90% in stock for next day delivery. The remainder takes 2-3 weeks to import from Austria.
Sparco I 80% in stock. The remainder takes 2-3 weeks to import from Italy.
Spax M 98% in stock and, if not in stock, Spax make shocks to order in 3-4 days.
Supersprint I 90% in stock. The remainder takes 2-3 weeks to get in from Italy. We use the only Supersprint importer.
Tarox M 90% in stock. The remainder takes 2-3 weeks to get in from Italy. We deal with the UK branch of Tarox.
Ventura I 95% in stock. The remainder in 1-2 weeks. We get these springs from the Bilstein importer.
